Hi people!

So...I started a blog. I don't really know how to blog, but I read others' blogs all the time...mostly decorating blogs http://www.nestingplacenc.blogspot.com/ (my favorite for decorating) and blogs about chickens and such http://blogwithalex.blogspot.com/ (Alex and Lettie's). Anyway, I just thought this would be a good way for our friends and family to keep up with us and what's going on with our little branch of the family tree. I'll probably mostly be posting pics of the girls along with the occasional snarky comment. And here is your official warning if you start reading this blog...My writing style will drive you crazy. I use lots and lots of parenthetical phrases that don't make any sense, commas where they shouldn't be, I don't even know how to use a semicolon; and I make up words (see "snarky" above) that only have meaning to me (and sometimes Eric, 'cause he gets me), and I abuse run-on sentences like a red-headed stepchild. But you're not here for a lesson in grammar are you? Enjoy keeping up with the Richards...
